Paradox
This is the last album recorded by "Steps" before they became "Steps Ahead." The lineup that appears on "Paradox" (Michael Brecker, tenor sax; Peter Erskine, drums; Eddie Gomez, bass; Don Grolnick, piano; Mike Mainieri, vibraphone) toured several times in Japan, Europe, and the US.
The album was recorded at the Brecker Brothers' club, Seventh Ave. South and released originally in Japan under Nippon Columbia Records.
